Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

All original tags, accessories, manuals, or other items included with the product must be returned.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please contact our support team at support@kravixore.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kravixore.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@kravixore.com.
